Ice Fish
Champsocesphalus gunnari
Ice Fish is packed and frozen on board as whole into random weight blocks of approximately 23 kilos. Frozen blocks are protected by a poly outer bag during transport and storage.
MSC certified Icefish can also be further processed on shore into 1.25kg x 6 fillet packs or to your specification
Patagonian Toothfish
Dissosticbus eleginoides, Mero, Merluza Negra, Bacalao de Profundidad,
Sea Bass
The Patagonian Toothfish is packed and frozen on board. It is headed, gutted, tailed, and block frozen into random weight blocks of approximately 23 kilos.

Indian Ocean Trevalla
Psenopsis sp
Indian Ocean Trevalla are to be packed H&G frozen on board. Fish are thoroughly
washed to remove blood and slime. Product is poly wrapped & labeled random
weight full glazed block then an over bag in generic bags after knock-out.
Austral Fisheries can also supply onshore processed boneless fillets of Trevalla
upon request (as seen below).
